Janet holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics Education with a Minor in Statistics from North Carolina State University. She received an M.S. in Mathematics from Northern Illinois University and a B.A. in Mathematics from Knox College.

Janet, with her expansive 30-year career in educational research and program evaluations, is a seasoned expert in utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to enhance educational practices. As a pivotal co-founder of EDSTAR Analytics, Inc., alongside Dr. Lee V. Stiff, she has been instrumental in developing professional development resources focused on data analytics to improve student outcomes.

Her proficiency in survey design and analysis is a cornerstone of her expertise. Janet has created valuable YouTube resources and holds IPS for Researchers and Human Subjects Research certifications from CITI.

John Wittle, our System Administrator, is central to our technology initiatives. As a Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator, his expertise extends beyond traditional roles. John’s proficiency in web programming and UNIX administration, coupled with his deep knowledge in cybersecurity, fortifies our websites and internal systems.

John’s adeptness in programming languages such as Python, PHP, and Ruby enables us to stay at the forefront of technology. He plays a pivotal role in developing secure online data collection methods and innovating solutions like generating documents from prompt responses.

Bernice Campbell, Ph.D, has been a dynamic consultant at Edstar Analytics since 2006, bringing her extensive experience in executive consultation, full life cycle program management, strategy development, and research evaluation. Dr. Campbell’s expertise is backed by her impressive educational background, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Research & Policy Analysis from North Carolina State University.

Julie Johnson combines her extensive background as a career Naval officer with her academic foundation, holding a B.A. from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).
